Lawson Street, Bondi Junction was a run down terrace that had been separated into a 5 bedroom boarding house. The inside was gutted, the downstairs become a stunning open plan entertaining area and the rear of the house was brought in to allow for a large courtyard with dramatic shapes.
The upstairs was extended to allow for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms incorporating large open spaces and architectural skylights.
The finished project presented a beautiful home with all modern features and premium quality finishes.
