East Esplanade, Manly, situated right on the Harbour foreshore was a 2 storey, 4 apartment building. The owners and architect made the most of this property by incorporating an extra level above the existing building and redesigning the existing apartments.
The new top level included open plan living, dining, kitchen, outdoor living, master bedroom and opulent bathroom, all architecturally designed throughout to take advantage of the spectacular views. This created a stunning 3 level home for the owners whilst retaining 3 separate apartments.
